Key Responsibilities

Lead construction projects from planning phase to completion
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Ensure projects meet quality standards, budget, and timeline requirements
Manage project documentation and reporting
Conduct regular site inspections and safety assessments
Resolve construction issues and implement solutions
Communicate project progress to stakeholders and clients
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
Experience with AutoCAD and other construction software
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
